Intent to Award

In accordance with article 89, of Decree Law 10/2005 of the Procurement Legal Regime, the National Procurement Commission would like to announce its intent to award the following contract:
	
1.	Solid Waste Management : Collection and Transportation Service Contract: Lot 1 (East Zone) & Lot 2 (West Zone)-LCB/006/MAE-2020	
Winning Company: China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (Lead Member) (China) in Joint Venture with Pax Cleaning Services Unipessoal Lda (Timor-Leste) with contract amount of US$ 10,991,021.84

2.	Solid Waste Management: Landfill Design-Build-Remediate Operate Contract -LCB/007/MAE-2020
Winning Company: China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd (Lead Member) (China) in Joint Venture with Pax Cleaning Service Unipessoal Lda (Timor-Leste) and Pioneer Construction Unipessoal Lda (Timor-Leste) (CPP-JV) with contract amount of US$ 17,900,000.00

3.	Supply of Collection and Landfill Operation Equipment for Dili Solid Waste Management Project: Lot 1- Supply of Containers and Bins, Lot-2 Supply of Collection & Miscellaneous Equipment and Lot-3 Supply of Landfill Operations Equipment-ICB/036/MAE-2020	
Winning Company: China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction Co., Ltd. (China) with contract amount US$ 7,600,000.00

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 98 of the Procurement Legal Regime, any protest/claims must be submitted, in writing, to the National Procurement Commission within five working days from the posting date of this tender result.
