INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

The Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) invites prospective bidders to participate in the following tenders:

Project Name	Provision of Site Establishment Facilities for Spitzkop Housing Project in Gwanda
Description of Services	:
Lot 1. Solar Borehole Survey, Drilling and Equipping (Reference No. IDBZ 17b(i) of 2022).

Lot 2. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Diamond Mesh Fencing (Reference No. IDBZ 17b(ii) of 2022).

Lot 3. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Prefabricated Chromadeck two-roomed Site offices self-contained with Air conditioning and Sanitary facilities (Reference No. IDBZ 17b(iii) of 2022).

Lot 4.   Supply, Delivery and Installation of Prefabricated Timber Log Cabin Guard House (Reference No. IDBZ 17 b(iv) of 2022).

Lots	Bids are being invited for individual lots (contracts) or for any combination of lots (packages).  Bidders wishing to offer discounts for the award of more than one Contract shall specify in their bid the price reductions applicable to each package, or alternatively, to individual Contracts within the package. The bids for all lots (contracts) shall be opened at the same time.

Bidding Documents will be available electronically free of charge upon a written request to procurement@idbz.co.zw. Bidders must specify the Tender Number and Reference Number for each Lot indicated in table above when requesting for Bidding Documents. Bids shall be valid for a bid period of 90 working days.

Bids must be submitted by email to procurement@idbz.co.zw before or by the closing deadline stipulated above. Bids will be opened in an online meeting immediately after the closing deadline for submission. 

Late bids shall be rejected without further consideration. 
Award of contract will be made to the bidder offering the lowest priced responsive quotation.
