4. The purpose of this tender is to engage a qualified consulting firm to undertake a detailed engineering design for construction of new building of PDHJ supervise in Dili Municipality. The detailed information are provided in Section 5 (Terms of Reference- TOR) of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents.
5. The detailed engineering design comprises minimum time input of 36 person-months of international experts and 34 person-months of national experts over duration of 06 months. The maximum budget for the assignment is US$ 452,040.00 inclusive of taxes.
